The preparation and/or shipping time may vary depending on the high season, such as Black Friday or Christmas.
Orders received are prepared within 24/48 working hours from the order confirmation date.
If the order has a PERSONALIZED product OR WITH LETTERS , it may take 4 to 6 working days to prepare before being sent by courier.
If the order has an ON DEMAND product and we do not have immediate stock in our workshop, it can take 4 to 6 working days to prepare before being sent by courier.
Some SELECTED items may take up to 15 business days, before being sent by courier, due to their manual manufacture.
IMPORTANT: Personalized orders, once they have started to be produced, cannot be modified or cancelled.
These terms may vary during periods of promotions or sales, such as Black Friday, Christmas, holidays, etc.
Orders with shipping to Spain Peninsula and Portugal are made with the courier company MRW . When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking number so you can know where it is at all times.
The MRW courier can pass up to 2 times through the address of the recipient, in the case of not being present the package will be deposited at the branch closest to the delivery address for 15 days. After these, the package will be returned to our physical store. If it is not delivered or the recipient does not contact the destination agency, after this period, the package will be returned. The customer must bear the new shipping cost.
Orders with shipping to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the European Union, the United States, Canada, Australia and other countries will be made as a registered letter through the Post Office . The DNI, NIE or ID are necessary. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can know where it is at all times.
Some orders destined for the European Union will be sent through MRW. These have 1 delivery attempt and if the recipient is absent, an SMS/email will be sent notifying them that they can pick up the package at a MRW Pick Up Point.
Orders with collection in a physical store are only valid for those made in the province of Barcelona. You will be notified by email that the order can now be picked up. You will find our address in Contact .

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 calendar days of receiving the order.
To do this, we ask you to notify us by email to email@example.com indicating the necessary data to locate the purchase: name, order number, reason and images. For our part, as soon as we receive your email, we will respond to it to ensure its reception.
Important note: Personalized products can NOT be returned/refunded. Custom orders, once production has started, cannot be cancelled.
To comply with the return period, the communication regarding the return of the purchase must be sent before the corresponding period expires.
Exceptions: The exchange or return period for orders placed between November 21 and January 5 is until February 5.
In the event that it is a return for reasons attributable to LUAMARTA (defective product or product that does not match the purchased reference), LUAMARTA will be in charge of collecting the products and changing them for the correct one, taking charge of the costs associated with this return. In the event that you do not want to make a change, you simply want to return the product, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
On the contrary, when dealing with a return for reasons not attributable to LUAMARTA ( changes in size, colors, designs or other characteristics, etc.), it must be the client who is in charge of returning or delivering the products directly to us, in perfect condition and without undue delay (within 30 calendar days after receipt of the products). In these cases, LUAMARTA will reimburse the client for all payments received, except for shipping costs, which the client must bear. The latter must assume the direct cost of returning the products.
We also offer a collection service through MRW (only Spain Peninsula and Portugal) for only €9.99, paid by the customer.
LUAMARTA will proceed to refund the items within 14 calendar days, from the date on which we are informed of the decision to return the purchase and will do so using the same means of payment used by the customer. LUAMARTA reserves the right to withhold the refund until the products have been received.
In the event that an order, duly paid for, cannot be served due to a computer error or other various causes, the full amount will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.

The first recommendation that we want to give you is not to carry out sports activities while wearing the jewel. The pH generated by the person's sweat could alter the stability of the piece, even ruining your bathroom.
Bathing or showering with salt water or chlorine can cause the brilliance and color of the jewel to lose its intensity.
It must be avoided, as far as possible, that the piece comes into contact with cosmetic or household products that may alter its color. Some of these are: lacquers, perfumes, moisturizing creams, soap, cleaning products, among many others. We have observed that the use of hydroalcoholic gel can more quickly alter the gold plating, especially seen in rings.
When cleaning the piece, warm water, soap with a neutral pH, a toothbrush and a cotton or chamois cloth should be used. It is not convenient to store the pieces even when they are wet, so we recommend that you dry them carefully or their color/brightness could be damaged.
It is advisable to store the jewels in individual cases or protected with paper, in this way we avoid scratches when in contact with other pieces.
